hotel was wonderful, good services, and it had excellent location so close to everything. location: the property was near restaurants, bars and beautiful riverside walking paths and the train station and the old town or shockoe bottom where all the cafes and restaurants are. there was café sefton coffee company, that i found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The rooms here are spacious and have a reasonable price, with a nice couch, a pullout sofa, and cozy beds.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in downtown Richmond. The location was perfect, with convenient transportation and plenty of restaurants and tourist destinations nearby. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a small kitchenette that came in handy. The buffet breakfast included was a nice bonus, especially for a vegetarian like me. great value for money and attention to detail.

The only minor issue was a slight scent from the new interior decoration, but everything else was absolutely fine.

We had a pleasant stay over Christmas. The rooms were spacious and well-designed with a full kitchen. The hotel's location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. And we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that offered a variety of options.

One downside was the confusing layout of the building, with shared floors and separate entrances. The parking garage was also a bit of a maze.
